I received this image years ago...in fact a large one is in my room. From what I understand, it was created by an artist inspired by Pope John Paul's conviction that Our Lady of Fatima spared his life after the attempt on his life on May 13, 1981. On the back of the holy card is this prayer:
To Jesus Through Mary
To you, Mother of the
